At Project2000, we work hard to provide you with the overall best online shopping experience!

Shipping:

Orders are processed Monday-Thursday. We ask that you allow up to 5 business days for processing before your order is shipped out. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. Shipping times (after processing) & prices are available at checkout based on your location. If you need your order by a certain date, please leave a note in your cart and we will do our best to accommodate. Next-day shipping options are available upon request at an additional cost. Please contact us via email with any requests or questions regarding orders.

Project2000 Jewelry is not responsible for delays in delivery due to unclaimed packages, inaccurate shipping addresses, or general delay issues USPS or UPS may be experiencing. Please be aware of the address entered at checkout as this will be the exact address used to ship your order. 
Project2000 is also not responsible for lost or stolen packages - please contact the postal service to place a claim if needed.

Once orders are given to the postal service, it is out of our control and we do not have any additional information than what is provided with the tracking number. We thank you for your understanding & patience.

Returns & Exchanges:

All Project2000 Jewelry items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, an exchange may be considered only on an individual basis and/or due to a damaged product (within 7 days of delivery). Any request for an exchange must be communicated via email within 7 days of delivery. Please email support@shopproject2000.com

If return/exchange is approved: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning/exchanging products (a return label is not provided). For any other questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.
